  • Bbsmartnha.com receives products in need of warranty from customers: Customers transfer products that need warranty to any store in the system of Bbsmartnha.com. We will be responsible for sending the product to the warranty factory. After the product is under warranty, Bbsmartnha.com will notify customers to return the product at Bbsmartnha.com’s store system.

Expenses incurred in the process of performing the warranty such as shipping fees, etc. will be borne by the customer.

  • Customers send products that need warranty directly to the service centers of Bbsmartnha.com. Bbsmartnha.com will be responsible for performing the warranty and informing the results to customers.
    Cases not covered by warranty.
  • Product has expired warranty.
    The warranty card is not filled with customer information and the information on the product does not match the information on the warranty card.
  • The sales invoice is lost or torn, the product information cannot be read.
    Warranty card, Warranty stamp is torn or lost; The warranty stamp is overwritten, or the content of the warranty stamp is modified (including the original warranty stamp).
